I did a finger swipe to test and saw still never dusted. But they never dusted the 5 days 4 nights we stayed there. Well we checked in, pubic hair all over the bathroom floor.called housekeeping to come clean. We went for march madness and my boyfriends first time staying on the trip.
Well I am a regular guest at MGM, I am considered a VIP casino guest (I assume I drop lots of money with them.but not high roller lol).anyhow I have been several times and always very happy and impressed. All in all, very impressed with the MGM and MLife program.keep it up!!! I was also impressed that housekeeping didn't bang on our door every morning at 9am like some other Vegas properties. They offered to come in and make up our room whenever we were ready, all we had to do was call. Housekeeping was very accommodating and slipped a note under our door when we kept our 'Do Not Disturb' up all day due to a nasty hangover. The room was very clean and spacious, although a bit noisy from traffic on the street and in the hallways. Luckily, we were upgraded from a basic room to a higher floor with a view of the Strip in the Grand Tower. However, the long line disappeared fast as front desk agents checked in guests in fast and courteous manner. After some gaming, we decided to try and check in with a full lobby.
We arrived early and stored our bags in order to hit the casino floor. We had a perfect trip! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
